Clips must be uploaded to the folder link within 24 hours of the wedding in order to be used in the recap video.
Refund Policy Overview
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee refund policy in the unlikely event that no clips are uploaded to your folder or you are unsatisfied with the service. Refund must be requested within the first 14 days after of your wedding date. Your folder of uploaded videos/photos will be removed once the refund is processed.
If you are eligible for a refund, just send an email to info@memorii.ca and our team will begin processing the refund for you! There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Revisions & Accessing Footage
If there are changes you would like made to the video, we offer one round of revisions.
Raw video clips uploaded by guests are accessible for a period of 12 months. Memorii does not store any of the footage after this 12 month period, so make sure you download any videos you want to keep having access to!
