What is Memorii?
We create candid wedding recaps with the video clips taken on your guests phones. Allowing you to relive all of the fun moments within 5 days of your wedding. We'll provide the upload link that should be shared with the people you ask to film, and also store the full clips making it easy for you to access and download!

- Guests have 24 hours to upload their clips to the provided link
- Recap videos are 1-4mins (depending on the package you select)

Tips for Success
Ask Guests in Advance
Asking 3-10 specific guests in advance to film moments throughout the day on their phone, guarantees you'll have some candid moments to look back on! See below for an example of what you can send when asking!
Assign Roles
Assign roles to the guests you asked (have one person capture moments while you get ready, another during ceremony, etc.). This lightens their responsibility, but still ensures each part of the day is being captured!
Share Link
The more clips the better, so feel free to share your link with everyone! Or, if you prefer less phones just ask people that you know will feel comfortable filming.
Inform & Remind Guests
Provide a blurb to your officiant/MC's that asks guests to capture clips on their phones and explains where they can upload. See below for examples!
Film Vertical
Memorii's are best suited for mobile phones. Let whoever you ask to film clips know that filming vertical is preferred!

To guarantee that we have some clips we are asking a few specific people to capture various moments throughout the day. All you have to do at the end of the night is upload your clips to the link below (you’ll have 24 hours to upload after the wedding)! Thanks and let me know if you have any questions!

The Bride and Groom...
Have invited you all to take video clips on your phones throughout the day. This can include video messages to the bride and groom, or any other fun moments. An upload link has been sent to you, or just scan the one of the QR codes that have been placed around the venue, and upload the videos that way. A candid recap video will be created using all of the clips taken, so they would greatly appreciate the participation
Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely! We just recommend that you reach out to your videographer/photographer to let them know, and to make sure it doesn’t breach anything in their contract. Most are completely ok with it and understand that couples want something to share shortly after the wedding.
We completely understand if this is a concern. The good news is it absolutely can still work! We recommend that couples give only selected people (1 or 2) permission to film during the ceremony. Later on, during the reception, dance, etc., you can open it up to everyone so that more of the fun moments are captured!
With our experience filming weddings, the chances of this are slim. That being said, prior to the wedding we recommend asking 3-4 specific people to take clips throughout the day. You can even assign them specific roles (have one person capture moments while you get ready, another film moments during dinner, etc.). This way even if no one else takes clips, there is still enough to create a great recap video!
Our refund policy is simple:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee refund policy in the unlikely event that no clips are uploaded to your folder or you are unsatisfied with the service. Refund must be requested within the first 14 days after of your wedding date. Your folder of uploaded videos/photos will be removed once the refund is processed.
Guests have 24 hours to upload their video clips. After this window, we begin creating your candid recap with the available footage.
Guests can freely upload videos or photos. We prioritize video clips as that is what we typically create the recap videos with, but if you want guests to upload their photos so you can access them later, you are more than welcome to!
This is the beauty of Memorii. Your upload window will stay open as long as needed to cover your whole event. When ordering, please enter your “Expected Wedding Date” as the last day of your event so we know when to set the “upload by” date & time.
