Frequently asked questions
You’ll receive your upload link within 24 hours of ordering your Memorii. Uploads can be made to the folder immediately after you receive the link!
Absolutely! We just recommend that you reach out to your videographer to let them know, and to make sure it doesn’t breach anything in their contract. Most are completely ok with it and understand that couples want something to share shortly after the wedding.
We completely understand the desire for an unplugged ceremony. The good news is it can absolutely still work! Proceed with your unplugged ceremony as normal, but give 1-2 friends permission to take videos during this time. Later on, during the reception, dance, etc., you can open it up to everyone so that more of the fun moments are captured!
With our experience, the chances of this are slim. That being said, prior to the wedding we recommend asking 3-4 specific people to take clips throughout the day. You can even assign them specific roles (have one person capture moments while you get ready, another film moments during dinner, etc.). This way even if no one else takes clips, there is still enough to create a great recap video!
Our refund policy is simple:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in the unlikely event that no clips are uploaded to your folder or you are unsatisfied with the service. Refund must be requested within the first 14 days after of your wedding date. Your folder of uploaded videos/photos will be removed once the refund is processed.
Guests have 24 hours to upload their video clips. After this window, we begin creating your candid recap with the available footage.
Guests can freely upload videos or photos. We prioritize video clips as that is what we typically create the recap videos with, but if you want guests to upload their photos so you can access them later, you are more than welcome to!
This is the beauty of Memorii. Your upload window will remain open as long as needed to cover your whole event. When ordering, please enter your “Expected Wedding Date” as the last day of your event so we know when to set the “upload by” date & time.
